Blair Co. man facing gun, drug charges after found passed out at local Sheetz

BLAIR CO, Pa (WJAC) — A Tyrone man is facing a slew of charges related to gun and drug possession after police say they found him passed out in a vehicle at the Sheetz along Pleasant Valley Boulevard. Logan Township Police say officers were dispatched to the Sheetz location around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday after receiving reports of a man passed out in a van near the air pump station. Cambria Co. man accused of raping sleeping teen in 2004

Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — Police in Jackson Township have charged a Cambria County man accused of raping a teenage girl in 2004, according to a criminal complaint. Authorities say David Dernar, now age 52, faces charges of forcible rape, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault and sexual assault, according to online court documents.
