ELK COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — Police say a month-long investigation has led to the arrests of six people who were distributing methamphetamine and heroin in Elk County. According to the City of Saint Marys Police Department, the Elk County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 401 North Broad Street in Ridgway Friday.
